Run for Life
The story behind
Dear friends & followers,
Millions of people are currently dependent on a wheelchair after having sustained a spinal cord injury. Yet the wheelchair is just the visible sign of a much greater problem. Spinal cord injured people have to learn daily activities such as eating, bathing and dressing over again and sometimes cannot handle them without help.
However, the diagnosis of “paraplegia” is likely to become a thing of the past because scientists agree unanimously: injured nerve cells in the spinal cord are capable of regeneration.
Please support my effort to help the non-profit Wings for Life foundation in achieving its vision of curing spinal cord injury.
Any contribution you can make is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your support.
