Prof. DDr. Jan Schwab

Prof. DDr. Jan Schwab, physician and experimental neurologist,  is scientific director of the Wings for Life Foundation.

Prof. DDr. Jan Schwab is among the most distinguished and talented young scientists  - numerous publications in renowned scientific magazines such as Nature and Nature Immunology, three esteemed awards as well as research assignments and professorships at notable universities and hospitals, the german at the Charité in Berlin ranks among the worldwide experts in the field of neuroregeneration.

His professional career has been attended by contacts with top-level experts. After his studies at the universities in Tübingen and Tel Aviv as well as in New York at the Cornell University, he received grants at the Université Pierre et Marie Curie in Paris and at Harvard Medical School in Boston where he is assigned "Affiliated Associated Professor" to date.
