Eddie Jordan in concert in favour of Wings for Life!

Again, Kitzbühel mutated into a superlative hot spot from January 20 to 24, 2010, at the world-famous Hahnenkamm race – the “Monte Carlo of ski sports” presented excellent sporting performances, dozens of top events and a multiplicity of celebrities on site to tens of thousands of visitors.

At the legendary Weißwurstparty at the Stanglwirt, a special highlight was presented to the 2,500 guests: the former owner of Jordan Grand Prix, Eddie Jordan, played a concert in favour of Wings for Life! Eddie rocked the house together with his band, and singer & entertainer DJ Ötzi spontaneously jumped on the stage to perform together with Eddie. They really enthused the audience.

Moreover, at the Kitz Charity Race - a celebrity race in order to raise money for Tyrolean mountain farmers – numerous stars demonstrated their good shape at the Rasmusleitn. Amongst others, Christine Neubauer, Niki Lauda, Armin Assinger and the Wings for Life ambassadors David Coulthard, Hannes Arch and DJ Ötzi wedeled down the slope for a good cause.

Wings for Life looks back on a very successful Kitzbühel weekend and says “Thank you” to everybody who had a share in this success!

Moreover, we would like to dearly thank Eddie Jordan and his band who generously donated € 15,000 to Wings for Life, as well as Nascar top driver Brian Vickers who contributed € 10,000 towards our fund.
